What's Up with the Squinting?

Patrick Warburton is his name. You might know him from some sitcoms.  He was David Puddy in Seinfeld and is Jeff in Rules of Engagement.  Of course he did other shows and movies, but I remember him mostly from these sitcoms.

I'm just wondering why this man squints so much!  When he was Elaine's boyfriend in Seinfeld, he kept squinting at her and her friends.  I thought it was part of his role.  But I've just started watching Rules of Engagement and I noticed that he's still squinting.  I really like the guy, I mean, I think he's cute... but the squinting totally gets on my nerves! 

I just googled his name and found many pictures of him squinting!!!

Ok now... that's enough! I think you get the point! hahaha
